Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to championship entries, ticket purchases and attendance at WBSAC events.
Entry Agreement
By entering the championship you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you meet the eligibility criteria, and that you agree to abide by the published Championship Rules and the instructions of event officials.
Payments and Refunds
Entry fees are payable in advance once entries open. Refund arrangements for cancellations, postponement or adverse weather are published alongside each championship and communicated to entrants directly.
Safety and Conduct
Competitors fish at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions issued by officials. WBSAC may withdraw an entrant from the championship for unsafe behaviour, rule breaches or conduct that brings the event into disrepute.
Cancellation and Changes
WBSAC may change the venue, date, format or timings where necessary for safety, tide conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Entrants will be notified as early as possible.
Media
Photography and filming may take place at championship events for reporting and promotional purposes. Contact the organisers if you would prefer not to appear in published material.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise WBSAC is not liable for loss or damage to personal tackle, vehicles or belongings at an event.
